Our intent is to always provide great products and service to completely avoid returns but problems happen and it is important for our customers and us to handle these situations properly.
Refunds
We have 30 Days Money Back Policy to help our customers buy with confidence.
Let’s get in touch before returning an item, in the case we can not satisfy your expectations we will certainly refund you immediately. Please do not initiate any charge-back procedure from your bank, we will automatically refund the full payment to your payment method used during the original purchase.
When a refund is completed on our side, it might take several days to update on your bank statements, though usually is immediate. Just wait few more days in the case you do not see the statement updated. For PayPal payments, the refund shows instantly as it how PayPal platform works.
A full refund will be issued automatically in the following cases:
a. Parcel lost during transportation
b. Parcel damaged and product damaged
c. Product DOA (dead on arrival)
d. Customer Unsatisfactory Complain
e. Product dead within warranty period*
* Warranty period is 12 months for all products, unless differently stated.
Returns:
To return a product we recommend using registered mailing service for safety and fast delivery.
Customer is eligible of full refund when item is returned within first 30 days for the unsatisfactory reasons. Please contact us before returning an item at [email protected] or use our contact page for more contact methods.
PRMBuy.com does not cover nor refund the shipping cost of the returned parcel. We recommend using common cheap mailing service, it is not necessary to use an express delivery service for the returns.
In the case of the returns we will issue the full refund as agreed within 5 business days after receiving your delivery.
