How long does it take?
We will try to ship our your order as soon as possible, most likely within the first 48h, although this happens much faster depending on which time of the day the order has been placed.
USA, UK, EU, CA, AU, NZ: 2-7 days
All other countries: 5-9 days
Please note that the above delivery time starts after we have arranged the shipment, so please allow up to 48h for us to prepare the shipment in the cases when the order is placed in weekends, national holidays, etc.

Tracking number
Few minutes after you place the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail specifying again the product and delivery address you have inputted during the checkout completion. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been arranged for shipment. This might take up to 48h from the first confirmation e-mail.
To track your order please visit DHL Express or click on the link that you will receive in the confirmation e-mail which contains the tracking number. Do not forget to check your spam/junk e-mail folder as usually e-mails containing links might finish there.
P.O Boxes
Courier shipping services such as DHL Express can not ship to P.O boxes as they require signature on delivery. But this does not mean that we can not ship with DHL.
In the case your address is a P.O box and still want to use DHL Express you should pick-up the delivery at DHL pick-up office or route to another address using the DHL Delivery on Demand Service
In the case that this is still impossible, we can ship with normal shipping service which will take longer to arrive, typically from 12 to 20 days. Please chose the shipping method correctly during the checkout.
Intercepting the delivery
In the case there was a mistake in the address and you want to change it, please contact us as soon as possible, once the order has been shipped we can not do much.
Anyway, we will contact the shipping service and try to fix the problem at the best of our possibilities.
As soon as you acknowledge the mistake, contact us and provide the full correct delivery address. In some cases we can change the address even when the parcel is on its way depending on the gravity of the mistake. If the parcel has been directed to a completely different country then it will be much more difficult to fix quickly.
